- Subscription payments are processed by Telecom DCB or by redirecting you to external payment gateways (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash). You agree to comply with the terms and security protocols of these payment providers. ZappyGames is not responsible for transaction failures caused by external payment gateways.
3. Platform Conduct & Rules
- ZappyGames is for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- You agree not to exploit bugs, use automated scripts/bots, or attempt unauthorized access to the portal backend.
4. Virtual Assets
- Scores, badges, and in-game points linked to your mobile number carry zero real-world cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
5. Intellectual Property
- All games, graphics, code, and logos on https://zappygames.co/ belong to or are licensed to ZappyGames.
6. Disclaimer & Governing Law
- The platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
